Welcome to Maison Soleil – a boutique wellness retreat designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect. Please review the following terms, policies, and disclaimers. By booking a retreat with us, you acknowledge and accept the information outlined below.

1. Participation Terms & Conditions

By reserving a spot at a Maison Soleil retreat, you agree to the following:

 

  • You are voluntarily participating in the retreat activities and understand they may include physical movement (e.g. yoga, pilates, dancing), outdoor excursions, and emotional wellness practices.

  • You certify that you are in good physical and mental health, and that you will inform us in advance of any conditions, allergies, or limitations.

  • You agree to respect the privacy, space, and integrity of all fellow guests and instructors.

2. Liability Waiver

Maison Soleil, its staff, facilitators, property owners, and collaborators shall not be held responsible for:

 

  • Injuries sustained during any activity, including but not limited to yoga, pilates, movement, or excursions.

  • Illness, allergic reactions, or other health issues resulting from food, environmental conditions, or participation.

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

You agree to participate fully at your own risk and release Maison Soleil from any liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our cancellation terms carefully:

 

  • 30+ days before retreat: Full refund (minus a 5% processing fee).

  • 15–29 days before retreat: 50% refund.

  • 0–14 days before retreat: No refund.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior written notice.

  • In the rare case that we must cancel the retreat (e.g., due to illness, emergency, or force majeure), a full refund will be issued. We are not responsible for travel costs or other related expenses.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience an exceptional or personal circumstance, please contact us directly at info@themaisonsoleil.com . While we cannot guarantee exceptions, we are always open to finding a fair and compassionate solution whenever possible.

4. Medical & Dietary Responsibility

We aim to provide safe, nourishing food and experiences, but:

 

  • You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions before the retreat.

  • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • You understand that participation is voluntary and that you are solely responsible for your health and well-being during the retreat.

You will receive a health & allergy form before the retreat. Please fill it out honestly and completely.

 

5. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

We collect limited personal data, including:

 

  • Name, email, phone number, medical/dietary info, and emergency contact

  • Booking and payment information

Your data is used solely for retreat organization and communication. We do not share your data with third parties. Data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized retreat staff.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@themaisonsoleil.com

 

6. Photo & Video Consent

We occasionally take photographs or videos during retreats for promotional purposes. By attending Maison Soleil, you consent to being included in such media.

If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know in writing before or at the beginning of the retreat, and we will respect your privacy.

8. Agreement

By checking the box at booking or completing your payment, you confirm that:

 

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Policies.

  • You accept the liability waiver, cancellation terms, and privacy policy.

  • You participate in all retreat activities at your own risk.
